Vietnam, a melting pot of human influences, awaits you. Its rich history spans 1,000 years of Chinese rule and 70 years of French Indo China giving the cities and villages a charm and tradition that only Vietnam can offer.
If you are looking for a holiday that gets you back to the roots of civilisation then Vietnam will tick all the boxes. From lofty peaks to tranquil rice terraces, from the hustle and bustle of the big cities to a sunbed on a sun-soaked sandy beach, Vietnam has it all.
South to North
Our tours are not the normal Ho Chi Minh City in the south to Hanoi in the north tours, but instead offer you a far more immersive experience.
You will be introduced to your local guide who is there to take care of you, show you the hidden gems of this tranquil country and offer a few surprises along the way.
Don’t be surprised if you end up in someone’s living room drinking tea, for the Vietnamese are some of the most hospitable people on earth. Don’t be surprised if you end up halfway up a mountain playing football with the kids, and don’t be surprised if you end up threshing the rice at harvest time. Our guides take you to places in this unique country that very few visitors have been to or seen.
Of course, we will show you the “tourist sights”, such as Cu Chi Tunnels or the Mekong Delta in the south, the Perfume River and Citadel in Hue, the Dutch and French Colonial Houses of Hoi An in the Central Region and Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum, and the Water Puppets and Red River in Hanoi. But we will also take you off the beaten track to really experience Vietnam, meet its people and learn about the country.
Our tours are tailor made on an individual basis. Sounds expensive? Actually no, our prices are pretty close to the cost of a group tour except you do what you want, when you want!
All our guides are local guides, living and working in the area they are guiding you through. By using local guides, we are able to support the local economy and provide you with a first-hand insight into the area you are in. You will see and experience only the best of Vietnam on one of our tours.
Let us give you some inspiration and hopefully you will call us to plan your trip.
How to book
The booking process is probably a little different from booking a traditional holiday. Before we present a suggested itinerary, we like to have a chat and find out about you, your likes, your dislikes and your aspirations. From this conversation we come up with some suggestions. You then give us your feedback and we revise the itinerary accordingly. Eventually we agree on an itinerary that will “blow your socks off”. You book it and off you go!
Our exports have been numerous times to Vietnam so we know the country really well, and our office in Hanoi is also on hand for extra in-depth expertise. Using local knowledge gives you, our valued guests, the best there is to offer, with some good surprises usually thrown in for good measure!
